9:55 a.m. in the 100 block of Union Avenue: Someone contacted the victim claiming her iPad had been hacked and convinced her to send $300 in gift cards to fix the issue.
Overnight in the 00 block of E. Campbell Avenue: An unknown suspect broke a window with a small metal ball consistent with those from a slingshot.
10:33 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Three suspects entered a store, stole items and fled in a red Mitsubishi.
10 a.m. in the 500 block of Division Street: During an argument, the suspect threw an eraser and a cable charger at the victim.
12:03 p.m. in the 1300 block of Camden Avenue: A woman, 65, was contacted during a disturbance and found to be in possession of a meth pipe.
8:02 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 66, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He displayed objective signs of drug intoxication and was found to be DUI on drugs.
8:22 p.m. in the 300 block of Railway Avenue: A man, 25, was stopped as a passenger in a vehicle that was reported as suspicious. He was found in possession of cocaine.
8:53 p.m. in the 300 block of North First Street: A couple got into an argument, and the suspect grabbed the victim’s arm, causing small cuts, and punched him in the neck.
Overnight in the 100 block of West Rincon: A rim to a 2009 Scion was stolen.
2:58 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: A man, 29, was reported as suspicious. On contact ammunition was observed in plain view in the suspect’s 2007 BMW sedan. A search of the vehicle and his person revealed methamphetamine, a meth pipe and needles. Additionally, a .25 caliber semiautomatic firearm was found loaded and tucked in between the insulation under the hood. The firearm had an obliterated serial number on it.
4 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Two suspects were seen using the victim’s credit cards. The victim did not previously realize that her wallet had be stolen and is not sure where the theft occurred.
Feb. 16
1:03 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 36, was found to be under the influence of meth and in possession of multiple meth pipes.
4:30 p.m. in the 2500 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone stole a purse from an unlocked vehicle and used the victim’s credit cards.
3 a.m. at 70 N. First St.: A woman, 42, came to the Campbell Police Department to try and get belongings that were collected during her last arrest. She displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence and was arrested.
Feb. 17
00 block of Timber Cove Drive: Someone gained entry into a residence via an unlocked window and stole property and the keys to a red 2015 Lexus NX, then stole the vehicle as well.
9:18 a.m. at Cherry Blossom Lane and Llewellyn Avenue: Officers located a green Honda CRV reported stolen out of San Jose on Feb. 14.
2:31 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Darryl Dr: A man, 30, was a passenger in a vehicle stopped for a vehicle code violation. During a consent search, methamphetamine was located in his backpack.
4:14 p.m. at Hamilton and Salmar avenues: Officers attempted to stop a red 2000 Ford pickup with gold trim. The vehicle failed to yield and got onto Highway 17 southbound. Eventually, the driver’s speed increased to a high rate, and no pursuit was initiated.
4:50 p.m. in the 800 block of Harriet Avenue: A 17-year-old called Campbell police to report his phone was stolen in Oakland and he had located it in Campbell, but he had no way to get home. He was found to be a missing person from Oakland and was in possession of a meth pipe.
7:52 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: A man, 36, and a woman, 25, were stopped for a vehicle code violation. A meth pipe was observed in plain view. A search of the vehicle revealed a single .357 bullet in the man’s belongings as well as mail keys and misappropriated property. The woman had a misdemeanor warrant and burglary tools.
8:03 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Two suspects were contacted in a vehicle in a parking lot. One was on searchable probation. Both suspects displayed symptoms of controlled substance use. Meth was located in the center console of the vehicle. The other suspect used her sister’s name to avoid detection regarding a no-contact criminal protective order, with the first suspect as the protected person.
11:49 p.m. at Bascom Avenue and Campisi Way: Two men were stopped for a vehicle code violation. One attempted to conceal meth by tossing a baggie under his vehicle. Meth pipes were observed in plain view in the vehicle. Both suspects displayed objective symptoms of stimulant use. Burglary tools were located inside the vehicle.
2:30 a.m. in the 800 block of Almarida Drive: Several vehicles were broken into via window smashes and rummaged through. No losses were reported.
3:36 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects took products and fled in a white 2004 Ford Tauras sedan with blackout tint and black rims.
9:52 p.m. in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: Three suspects entered the store with five other people and took products. The suspects fled in a black pickup.
Feb. 18
Overnight in the 10 block of Belle Terre Court: Someone sprayed in red paint on a house and fence.
Overnight in the 800 block of Sobrato Drive: Someone forced open a mailbox bank and stole mail.
10:42 a.m. in the 300 block of North Third Street: A woman was causing multiple disturbances and was under the influence. She kicked an officer during arrest. She claimed she had head pain and was transported.
Overnight in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: Someone used marker on the bathroom walls.
Overnight in the 600 block of Union Avenue: Someone entered and ransacked a vehicle.
1:57 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A woman was contacted after she stole items. She had a warrant and was under the influence of heroin, and in possession of paraphernalia.
Overnight in the 100 block of West Campbell Avenue: Suspects in a vehicle stole flower pots from in front of a business.
7:42 p.m. in the 200 block of Rose Court: The victim reported that someone made unauthorized charges on his credit card.
8:18 p.m. in the 10 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The victim was at the business when someone shoved them and forcibly took their bag and cash. Two suspects fled in an unknown vehicle.
8:39 p.m. at Milton and Hamilton avenues: An officer located a vehicle that was later reported as stolen out of San Jose.
7:56 p.m. at Hamilton and Winchester: A man and a woman were stopped for a vehicle code violation. The man was found to be on probation and in possession of drug paraphernalia. The woman lied about her name, had drug paraphernalia and two warrants and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant. The woman had a restraining order against the man.
9:23 p.m. in the 400 block of Kenneth Street: During an argument, the suspect threatened to burn the house down and kill the victim. The suspect attempted to run over another with their car.
1:29 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone lit fires outside apartments and in an office. All had minor damage.
Feb. 19
7:34 a.m. in the 1500 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 39, was causing a disturbance and was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
8:24 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 55, stole items from the store and fled. He had warrants out of San Francisco for burglary and is on parole for robbery.
7:58 a.m. in the 1500 block of Redding Park Lane: Someone stole a gray 2020 Ford Explorer. The keys were left in vehicle, which has no plates attached.
9:16 a.m. in the 1200 block of Dell Avenue: Two suspects were contacted by park rangers. One was under the influence and in possession of a black semiautomatic air soft gun in his white Chevy Suburban. The other was under the influence and in possession of meth and pepper spray as a felon.
12:19 p.m. in the 800 block of Cristich Lane: A man, 45, got into an argument with a woman, 50, and grabbed her by the throat, choking her, and hit her in the face, causing a minor laceration.
Overnight in the 900 block of Gale Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.
Noon in the 200 block of East Campbell Avenue: Someone stole two dresses and returned them when confronted.
4 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: Someone in a red 2013 Ford Fusion stole a purse that was next to the victim on a bench.
7:38 p.m. in the 600 block of Ash Court: A woman, 31, was reportedly going into unlocked vehicles. She was recognized as the arsonist from a previous incident.
7:40 p.m. in the 00 block of North Second Street: Someone smashed the window and stole the registration, a driver’s license and credit cards from a Buick Encore. The suspect fled in a gray Dodge Charger.
7:40 p.m. in the 00 block of North Second Street: The victim reported that an unknown suspect forced entry to his vehicle and stole a laptop in its case, and headphones.
1:13 a.m. at the Pruneyard: Two men, both 21, were involved in a speed contest.
3:12 a.m. in the 900 block of Campisi Way: A man, 53, was contacted sleeping in his vehicle. He was in possession of paraphernalia, methamphetamine and an expandable baton.
3:51 a.m. at Hamilton and Hurst avenues: A woman, 26, was stopped for a traffic violation. She was found to be DUI and was arrested.
Midnight in the 1000 block of El Solyo Avenue: A white 2006 Chevrolet Silverado was stolen.
Feb. 20
6:13 a.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry into the business and stole the cash register.
Overnight in the 500 block of Millich Drive: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items.
9:42 a.m. in the 700 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man, 32, broke a window after someone did not give him a dollar. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
3:50 p.m. in the 600 block of West Campbell Avenue: A man, 27, was hitting and kicking objects and trying to break down fences. Upon contact, he brandished a weapon at officers and displayed objective symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance. He refused to drop the weapons, obey commands or stop for officers and was taken into custody.
9:33 a.m. in the 200 block of Beethoven Lane: Someone entered the victim’s open garage and stole a bike and miscellaneous power tools. The suspect was in a white pick-up.
5:33 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 50, was passed out outside a business. He had an outstanding warrant for his arrest and was booked.
8 a.m. in the 500 block of Millich Drive: Someone smashed a car door window and rummaged through it.
9:18 p.m. in the 300 block of East Campbell Avenue: A woman, 42, caused a disturbance at the bar. She was too intoxicated to care for herself and was arrested for public intoxication.
Feb. 21
6:30 a.m. in the 300 block of Budd Avenue: A man 52, was reported as passed out at the park. He was found to be too intoxicated to care for himself.
7:43 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A woman, 58, found to be too intoxicated to care for herself. She had been reported as a missing person from Salinas.
Overnight in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The rear license plate was stolen from a Ford Flex.
Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: A gold 98 Toyota Corolla with a spaceship sticker on the rear bumper was stolen.
7:08 p.m. at Union and Bascom avenues: A juvenile, 17, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. They displayed symptoms of driving while under the influence of marijuana. The suspect was unlicensed, and in possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
8:10 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Hunt Way: A man, 33, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to be DUI and arrested.
9:16 p.m. at Winchester Boulevard and Latimer Avenue: A woman, 31, was stopped for a1 vehicle code violation. She was in possession of a taser device as a restricted person, and had meth on the floorboard of her vehicle. She was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and arrested.
10:36 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A woman, 21, was stopped and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. A probation search of her room was done where syringes, meth pipes, meth, and stolen mail were located.
12:15 a.m. in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue: The victim claimed to be afraid of the suspect, saying he destroyed things in the apartment. The vandalism report was unfounded.
1:55 a.m. in the 600 block of Union Avenue: An officer was patrolling the complex and observed a man, 32, trying to lockpick a car door. The suspect was taken into custody after a brief struggle. He was found in possession of burglary tools, items belonging to other individuals, meth, and a meth pipe.
