Overnight in the 20 block of Heritage Village Lane: An unknown suspect smashed the window to a car and stole a bag containing miscellaneous tools.
Overnight in the 1400 block of Dell Avenue: An unknown suspect stole a tow dolly from in front of the address. The dolly’s fenders are spray-painted yellow.
4:40 p.m. on Monica Lane: The suspect emailed a co-worker in violation of a served restraining order.
7:46 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Campbell Avenue: A man, 45, was contacted while in his vehicle. He was under the influence of a controlled substance and was found to be in possession for sales of methamphetamine, packaging, cash and an electronic scale. The suspect was booked into the Santa Clara County Main Jail.
Overnight in the 400 block of Kings Court: A dark gray Trek men’s mountain bike was stolen from the backyard of a residence.
Sept. 29
10:44 p.m. in the First Street Parking Garage: A man, 26, was contacted after an officer heard an explosion in the parking garage while on an unrelated call for service at the same location. The suspect was found to be in possession of several fireworks and was issued a citation for the violation.
5 p.m. at 1 West Campbell Avenue: Someone stole the victim’s credit cards and driver’s license from inside his unlocked vehicle. The credit cards were later used to make fraudulent purchases in Campbell and San Jose.
Overnight in the 700 block of Sharmon Palms: An unknown suspect broke the window to the victim’s car and stole miscellaneous tools.
9:04 a.m. in the 900 block of Old Orchard Road: A witness heard someone yell “Help,” “Leave me alone” and “I’m bleeding” from an encampment near her property. The victim was located nude, walking northbound on San Tomas Expressway. The victim said a male ripped her clothes off but would not elaborate.
Overnight in the 600 block of East Campbell Avenue: An unknown suspect threw a rock through a hotel room window. Nobody was registered to the room at the time.
8:57 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: An unknown suspect ran out of the store with $350-$400 worth of merchandise.
11:55 a.m. in the 600 block of Millich Drive: A suspect was arguing with a victim in front of the address. The victim is the protected person in a served no-contact order. The suspect was booked.
12:58 a.m. in the 80 block of East Hamilton Avenue: The victim was making a delivery when an unknown suspect stole his vehicle, which had the keys in the ignition. The stolen vehicle is a blue 2007 Toyota Camry. The car has a circle Marines sticker on the right rear bumper.
6:26 p.m. at South Winchester Boulevard and Latimer Avenue: A man, 32, was contacted after leaving a backpack full of electronics in the carport of a nearby apartment complex. The suspect had three outstanding warrants.
8:14 p.m. in the 400 block of Carlyn Avenue.: A man, 32, was reported to be in the backyard of a residence. The suspect was contact a short distance from the home on Carlyn Avenue. and was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
Overnight in the 900 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A gold 1999 Chevrolet Silverado with 22-inch rims from the parking lot of a complex.
1 p.m. in the 100 block of English Rose Circle: Two Giant-brand bicycles were stolen from an open garage.
Sept. 30
7:25 a.m. in the 1200 block of West Parr Avenue: The suspect began throwing things in the house and toward the victim, who was able to get out of the way and was not struck.
1:12 p.m. in the 400 block of North Central Avenue: An officer located a 2017 BMW and a set of plates that were previously reported stolen out of San Francisco.
3:17 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 37, entered a business and selected a few garage door openers. The suspect then took them to the returns counter, where he obtained a refund for them.
2:30 p.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: An unknown suspect smashed a window to a vehicle and stole a backpack containing a laptop.
