Overnight in the 500 block of Sunnybrook Drive: A 2000 gray Honda Accord four-door was stolen from the driveway.
7 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A man, 40, admitted to starting a fire in a dumpster.
9:03 a.m. at Lexington and Merrimac: A stolen silver Honda Civic was recovered.
Overnight at Marathon and Hamilton: Someone broke the right front window of a 2015 Nissan Altima and took coins.
10:39 a.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Blvd: A man, 31, took some fabric and left the store in violation of his parole.
12:25 p.m. in the 300 block of Esther Avenue: A woman got into an argument and scratched and hit someone.
Overnight in the 500 block of Darryl: Someone broke the window to a 2019 Acura TSX and ransacked it.
5:39 p.m. in the 100 block of Jasmine Court: Someone used the victim’s personal ID information to apply for unemployment benefits.
7:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Rose Court: Someone smashed two windows to a vehicle.
Oct. 27
7 a.m. in the 900 block of Sharmon Palms: A man, 44, was reported sleeping in his vehicle, which was blocking the alley. He had a warrant for his arrest and was in possession of a meth pipe. During a search of the vehicle, a stolen handgun was located in the center console. A .38-caliber round was also located in the vehicle. The suspect is a convicted felon.
8:05 a.m. at Nido and Adler: A 59-year-old got into an argument and hit the victim in the arm with a phone charger.
10:10 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: An officer located a Honda stolen from Sunnybrook Drive on Oct. 26
Overnight in the 700 block of Harrison Avenue: Someone damaged the steering column to a Cadillac Escalade in an apparent attempt to steal it.
9:18 p.m. at Nido Drive and Adler Avenue: A suspect, 34, and a victim, 42, got into an argument. The suspect punched the victim during the incident.
3:02 a.m. at Hamilton Avenue and Winchester Boulevard: A man, 38, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on his bike. A records check revealed he had two outstanding warrants.
Oct. 28
1:28 p.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A 39-year-old selected items off the shelf and then went to the return desk to get cash.
1:39 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 33, was causing a disturbance inside a store. He was found to be under the influence of meth.
3:40 a.m. in the 1700 block of South Bascom Avenue: Two suspects crawled through an unlocked window and stole an iPad and cash from an unlocked safe. The suspects fled out the frontdoors.
6:06 p.m. at Adler Avenue and Nello Drive: A woman, 37, was reported as a suspicious person possibly stealing packages. Upon contact it did not appear a package theft had in fact been committed; however, the suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
10:06 p.m. at Midway St and Cameo Drive: A man, 25, was in a vehicle that was reported as suspiciously parked at a residence under construction. Upon contact, meth was in located in plain view in the center console.
11:26 p.m. in the 300 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 38, was contacted during a disturbance call and found to be under the influence of a controlled substance.
12:15 a.m. in the 500 block of West Rincon Avenue: A man, 29 , was contacted during a patrol check and admitted to being in possession of a meth pipe.
12:32 a.m. at Dallas Drive and Stonehurst Way: A green 1999 Honda Civic was located and determined to be stolen out of San Jose on Oct. 17.
3:49 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A juvenile, 14, was observed by the victim breaking his car window. Officers located the suspect, and a records check revealed he had an outstanding no-bail juvenile warrant for contempt of court. The suspect was also listed as a missing person. A search revealed he had three window punches, prescription pills not belonging to him and a check in his possession.
Oct. 29
Overnight in the 1100 block of Dell Avenue: A catalytic converter was stolen off of a 2011 GMC truck.
11:40 a.m. in the 00 block of Civic Center Drive: A man, 55, was causing multiple disturbances and was determined to be under the influence of meth.
Overnight in the 1100 block of Capri Drive: Someone rummaged through an unlocked vehicle, gained entry into the garage and stole property.
9 a.m. in the 700 block of Monica Lane: A package was stolen from a porch.
3:11 a.m. at 1100 Ridgeley Drive.: A 14-year-old rummaged through an unlocked 2006 Toyota and took $10 worth of spare change.
7 a.m. in the 600 block of Almarida Drive: A black and orange Trek bicycle was stolen from a second-story balcony sometime overnight.
8:03 p.m. at Hamilton and Central avenues: A man, 38, was found to have an outstanding warrant which could not be confirmed. He was found to be under the influence of drugs and arrested.
9:20 p.m. at the Pruneyard: A man, 41, and a woman, 28, were stopped in a vehicle. During a consent search of the vehicle, an unloaded .38 magazine was located along with an empty holster. A .38 Glock 42 was located in the hood compartment by the headlight. The gun was reported stolen. The man is prohibited from owning/possessing firearms. The woman was found to be under the influence and admitted to possessing drug paraphernalia. The man had a dirk/dagger around his neck. The vehicle was impounded as evidence. Both suspects were booked.
4:25 a.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A man was causing a disturbance in the parking lot. He was found to be under the influence.
5:03 in the 2000 block of South Bascom Avenue: An alarm was activated in the lobby of a building. A river rock was used to break the glass, and the inside of the business was ransacked.
Oct. 30
Overnight in the 00 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and stole a wallet.
Overnight in the 200 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A license plate to a 2017 Dodge Caravan was stolen.
Overnight in the 500 block of West Hacienda Avenue: A license plate to a 2018 VW Atlas was stolen.
12:58 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A 61-year-old on probation was reported as having a rifle in their room, but it was determined to be a bb gun. A meth pipe was located.
12:45 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A suspect honked at a victim over a disturbance. The victim followed suspect, who spit on them.
6:30 p.m. in the 100 block of S Milton Av: victim has a restraining order against suspect. Twice today suspect drove his pickup onto her driveway in violation of the order. suspect admitted to it.
7:03 p.m. in the 500 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A man was contacted during a disturbance. Before the officer left, the suspect returned to the lobby and punched a customer. Prosecution for battery was declined, but the suspect was booked for trespassing.
Oct. 31
6:58 a.m. at De Tracey at David: Officers located a 2007 Honda CRV stolen out of Saratoga on Oct. 30.
Overnight in the 600 block of E McGlincy Ln: A blue 2006 F350 was stolen. In a separate incident, someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole miscellaneous tools.
10:22 a.m. in the 1600 block of South Bascom Avenue: A suspect broke items at the store after they refused his return.
12:31 p.m. in the 1100 block of Dell Avenue: During an argument, a man, 38, pushed the victim down to the ground, causing minor injuries. He was arrested.
5:13 p.m. at Campisi and Creekside: A man, 39, was in the roadway with his pants down. Upon contact, he tried to walk away. The suspect was under the influence and paranoid. He was on probation for controlled substances.
9:10 p.m. in the 1000 block of West Campbell Avenue: Someone saw two people place a ladder against a school building. A woman, 28, was detained near the area of the ladder and an unlocked door to the school. The male suspect was not located. The woman was arrested for prowling, found to be under the influence and booked.
11:50 p.m. at Watson Drive and First Street: A man was contacted after yelling and causing a disturbance. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of meth.
5 a.m. in the 2200 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 43, was stopped after leaving the rear of the business. The suspect’s license was suspended for DUI, and he was required to have an ignition interlock, which he didn’t. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant and in possession of meth. He also had burglary tools in his vehicle.
Nov. 1
8:27 a.m. at Valley Forge and Maria: A 2000 gray Chevy Silverado reported stolen out of San Jose was located.
7:17 p.m. in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: A man, 33, was contacted during a suspicious circumstance, and displayed signs and symptoms of being under the influence of a controlled substance.
11:27 p.m. in the 1500 block of Capri Drive: A man, 18, was stopped for a vehicle code violation as he arrived at his residence. A records check showed he had an outstanding no-bail warrant out of San Jose.
