Author Frank Weber will appear virtually Monday, Jan. 4, for the Brainerd Public Library’s Brown Bag Lunch author visits.
Weber will present from noon to 1 p.m. as a live event on the Friends of the Brainerd Public Library Facebook page at facebook.com/Friendsofthebrainerdpubliclibrary.
Weber will discuss his latest crime novel, “Lying Close.” It is a novel about a hunting accident, a rural home break-in and the disappearance of a teen all occur in a 30-mile stretch of rural Minnesota. Investigator Jon Frederick realizes they are all symptoms of a larger problem. “Lying Close” is a thrilling mystery with a forbidden love affair, it stated in a news release.
