REPORTS
ROBBERY, 2021-07280259, 2400 block of Richmond Highway. At approximately 11:26 p.m. on July 29, police were dispatched to the report of a robbery by force. Upon arrival, it was determined that the victim observed an undisclosed amount of cash on the ground and collected it in an attempt to return it to its owner. The unknown male suspect approached the victim and attempted to take the money from his hands. The victim began to walk in the opposite direction and entered a nearby business, where Suspect One followed him and was joined by two other male suspects. Suspect One successfully took the money from the victim’s hands and all three suspects fled from the business in a vehicle. Suspect One is described as a slim Black male, approximately 5’7” to 5’8” tall with dreadlocks, wearing a white tank top. Suspect Two is described as a heavyset Black male, approximately 5’10” to 5’11” tall, wearing a black jacket and white face mask. Suspect Three is described as a Black male, approximately 5’8” to 5’10” tall, wearing a black sweatshirt with the hood up and a white face mask. The suspect vehicle is described as a black four-door sedan. The investigation is ongoing.
INDECENT EXPOSURE, 2021-07290039, 1200 block of S. Eads Street. At approximately 5:00 a.m. on July 29, police were dispatched to the report of an exposure. Upon arrival, it was determined that the female victim observed the male suspect staring at her through a window with his genitals exposed and masturbating. The suspect fled the scene in his vehicle when the victim advised she was going to call the police. The suspect is described as a short Black male with salt and pepper hair and a full beard, wearing a black baseball cap. The suspect vehicle is described as a green Kia Soul. The investigation is ongoing.
