Officers responded to a vandalism call in parking structure 7 and 8. Upon arrival, they learned that an individual was walking around breaking windows and slashing tires. They initially contacted two victims who stated they saw the individual using a knife to slash tires and screaming at anyone who confronted him. Officers were able to locate Nicholas Todd Upton and arrest him for Vandalism. An additional 18 victims were contacted.
