4:30 a.m. in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke a window to a business.
Overnight in the 300 block of Union Avenue: Someone broke into the victim’s car and stole miscellaneous items.
8:30 a.m. in the 00 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone broke two windows.
10:48 in the 00 block of Carlyn Avenue: An officer located a green 1999 Honda Civic reported stolen out of Santa Clara. The vehicle was released to the owner at the scene.
11 a.m. in the 400 block of West Hamilton Avenue: The victim agreed to meet with the suspect to sell him a Rolex watch. When the suspect arrived, he brandished a semi-automatic handgun and robbed the victim.
9:26 p.m. at Hamilton Avenue and San Tomas Expressway: Multiple people reported hearing gunshots in the area. It was determined that after an argument, two vehicles turned from eastbound Hamilton onto northbound San Tomas Expressway and sped away, at which point what sounded like several gunshots were heard. The intersection was canvassed for casings with negative results
12:54 a.m. at Llewellyn and Hamilton avenues: A man, 28, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. A baggie containing methamphetamine was in plain view on top of the dash.
Nov. 3
11:15 in the 200 block of West Sunnyoaks Avenue: Someone entered a business, brandished a handgun and demanded cash. The suspect took the money from the register and fled.
6 p.m. in the 900 block of Sharmon Palms Lane: A resident noticed the door to the bank of mailboxes had been pried open. No mail is suspected to be missing.
5:46 p.m. in the 100 block of Del Prado Drive: The received an email from a spoofed Amazon account regarding a problem with her account. She contacted the number in the email, and the suspect instructed the victim to purchase $2,000 in gift cards. The suspect also gained access to the victim’s bank account and tried to transfer over $800,000, but the account was placed on hold.
7:30 a.m. in the 200 block of Union Avenue: A black Specialized bike was stolen from the porch.
Overnight in the 1100 block of McBain Avenue: Someone entered an unlocked vehicle and rummaged through it.
3:30 a.m. in the 1600 block of Fawn Court: Someone was observed entering a vehicle and trying to steal it. The keys to this vehicle were stolen during a prior burglary on Oct. 19.

Overnight in the 1600 block of Westmont Avenue: Someone broke the lock to a white 2013 sprinter van, attempting to gain entry.
Overnight in the 100 block of Curtner Avenue: Items were stolen from a trailer.
Overnight in the 200 block of Curtner Avenue: Someone forced entry into two large box vans and stole items.
10:25 a.m. in the 400 block of East Hamilton Avenue: Someone stole items and fled in a silver Toyota Corolla.
11:57 a.m. in the 1800 block of South Bascom Avenue: A driver backed into a vehicle and fled in his silver Acura MDX.
11:53 a.m. at Bascom and Campisi: A driver collided his gold Chevy Impala into a vehicle and fled.
4 p.m. in the 1100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: A driver collided into three parked vehicles and left, then returned to the scene with a victim, who gave him a ride. The suspect fled from an officer and pushed her, and told the victim he would kill him if he did not drive away. The suspect then fled on foot.
2:17 p.m. in the 600 block of Budd Avenue: A man, 41, got into an argument with his wife and twisted her arm, causing a small abrasion, and brandished a sheath knife at her.
9:33 p.m. at Campbell Avenue and Jim Elder Drive: A man, 29, was stopped for a vehicle code violation and found to be driving under the combined influence of meth and alcohol.
10:42 p.m. in the 500 block of Fierro Loop: A man, 52, and his girlfriend had been drinking and got into an argument over WiFi. The girlfriend wanted to leave their house, but the suspect got in her way. The suspect had scratches and a bloodied nose, which came from the victim protecting herself inside her car.
5:10 a.m. in the 200 block of Dillon Avenue: A man, 33, and his brother, 38, came over to the victim’s residence in violation of the first man’s restraining orders. Both men were under the influence of a controlled substance, and the brother was in possession of paraphernalia.
Nov. 5
Overnight in the 500 block of Fierro Loop: Someone forced entry into a vehicle and stole items on the front seat.
Overnight in the 700 block of East Mcglincy: Someone cut wires on 2002 Chevy Silverado.
Overnight in the 600 block of Beta Court: A 26-inch Huffy black and green bike was stolen.
9:04 a.m. in the 800 block of Union Avenue: A man, 41, was contacted after causing a disturbance. He was found to be under the influence of a stimulant.
11:56 a.m. at Hamilton and Winchester: A man, 32, was seen spray-painting walls in the area. An officer saw him tagging a business. The suspect was in possession of multiple spray cans and Montana Tips and was under the influence.
Overnight in the 400 block of West Rincon Avenue: A silver 2012 Honda Civic was stolen.
6:09 p.m. in the 1200 block of Camden Avenue: A man, 42, was passed out behind the wheel of his running vehicle. He was under the influence of a controlled substance and in possession of a meth pipe, methamphetamine and Xanax.
5:40 p.m. in the 00 block of North San Tomas Aquino Road: Someone stole items from an unlocked vehicle then fled in gray Toyota with black tinted windows.
8:18 p.m. at Winchester and Hamilton: A man, 36, was stopped for a vehicle code violation on his bicycle and had a warrant out of San Mateo County. He was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance and had a meth pipe.
9:43 p.m. in the 700 block of Nido Drive: A man, 44, and his date were both intoxicated and got into an argument. The suspect pushed the victim, causing a visible injury. The suspect initially fled but attempted to return to the victim’s apartment with a taser.
12:02 a.m. in the 00 block of Heritage Village: A man, 51, was found to be in possession of a meth pipe.
12:02 a.m. in the 00 block of Heritage Village: A man, 29, was driving recklessly in the parking lot. He got into a physical altercation with the victim and pushed him to the ground, causing injuries to his hands. The suspect was found to be DUI.
Nov. 6
3 a.m. in the 900 block of Norin Court: Two suspects forced entry into a locked detached garage and stole Orange Specialized and green hybrid GT bicycles.
11:17 a.m. in the 2300 block of S Winchester Blvd: A 26-year-old cashed a forged check and fled in a 2012 Lexus ES300.
Overnight in the 800 block of Gale Drive: Someone entered two unlocked vehicles and stole keys and a badge.
Overnight in the 100 block of West Hamilton Avenue: Someone forced entry into a bank of mailboxes.
Overnight in the 900 block of East Hamilton Avenue: An acquaintance stole the victim’s gray 2011 Mercedes E350.
5:09 p.m. in the 2300 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 25, was passed out after smoking heroin.
9:30 p.m. in the 2100 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 53, caused a disturbance. The victim, 78, confronted the suspect and told him to be nice. The suspect grabbed a long-handled squeegee and assaulted the victim for his money. The suspect then grabbed a garbage can lid and smashed the windshield of the victim’s vehicle.
11:12 p.m. in the 500 block of East Campbell Avenue: A man, 30, was sleeping in the dumpster enclosure and lit a fire to stay warm. The fire grew out of control, and he threw the lit object into an industrial-size grease bin. The bin ignited and caused damage to the building. The suspect remained on scene and admitted to lighting the fire.
1 a.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 29, was found to be under the influence of a controlled substance. He was found in possession of several credit cards.
Nov. 7
11:11 a.m. at Hamilton and Highway 17: A man was reported as brandishing a handgun after he was involved in a road rage with a victim in his 1999 Toyota 4Runner. The victim declined prosecution.
11:35 p.m. in the 1600 block of South Winchester Boulevard: A man, 27, was stopped for vehicle code violations. Sobriety field tests were performed, and the suspect was found to be DUI.
11:43 p.m. at Curtner and McGlincy: A woman, 41, was contacted and found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
10:30 p.m. in the 600 block of Creekside Way: The victim was jumped at a party by two unknown males and hit in the head with a bottle while a third male stood in front of the door, preventing him from leaving.
Nov. 8
10:36 a.m. in the 3900 block of Bismark Drive: Officers located a 2020 Homemade utility trailer reported stolen out of San Jose.
Overnight in the 100 block of Union Avenue: A toolbox was stolen from a carport storage unit.
3:32 p.m. at Jane Ann Way and Bucknall Road: A man, 18, was stopped for a vehicle code violation. He was found to have two outstanding misdemeanor warrants for his arrest.
11:28 p.m. in the 500 block of East Hamilton Avenue: A man, 33, was contacted on a patrol check and found to have an outstanding $25,000 warrant. He displayed objective symptoms and admitted to recent meth use.
5:42 a.m. in the 2000 block of South Winchester Boulevard: Someone was seen jumping over the secured rear fence of the business. When the victim confronted the and activated the alarm, the suspect jumped back into the parking lot and fled in his vehicle.
