UNDERHILL, Vt. (WCAX) - An Underhill man faces burglary and assault charges.
Police say early Tuesday evening, Mark Clark, 52, broke into the victim’s home on Jericho East Drive in Jericho and assaulted them. They say because the crime was hate-motivated, Clark will face an additional charge.
Clark, who was on probation, is being held at the Northwest State Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 bail.
